Cottage Hill Christian Academy provides extended care for K2 – 8th grades. Extended Care services are available from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. outside regular school hours. Students arriving on campus before 7:15 a.m. or remaining on campus after their dismissal car line has closed, and not participating in a school sponsored activity, must be registered in and attend the K2-8th Grade Extended Care program.
An Extended Care Enrollment Form must be completed each year before the student attends Extended Care. Note that all extended care spots are subject to availability.
Students are dismissed from Extended Care at the EEC desk. For children’s safety, they will only be released to their own parent or a person who is listed in FACTS as a pre-authorized pick-up person, with a valid driver’s license and their own personal 5-digit code.
Extended Care is offered on a part-time (as needed basis) or full-time basis. Parents select this annual option on the Extended Care Enrollment Form.
Part-Time morning Extended Care: $6 per day attended.
Part-Time afternoon Extended Care: $15 per day attended.
Full-Time Extended Care: $250 per month for unlimited access on regularly scheduled school days.
LATE FEE: 6:01 p.m. - 6:10 p.m. $10 plus $1 per minute for each additional late minute.
Extended Care fees are due on the 15th of each month.
The goal of CHCA is to provide a safe and happy environment for each child that will stimulate their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth. All student handbook policies apply to the Extended Care program.
