Re-enrollment Note: Priority is given to returning students who have completed the re-enrollment process and are in good standing. Newly enrolling siblings of current students in good standing will also be included in the priority enrollment period. Open enrollment begins January 6. Fees are non-refundable.

Student Activity Fee: Students receive free admission to local field trips, all athletic events on our campus (excluding AHSAA play-off events), and to CHCA Performing Arts productions. Fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Payment Options:
- Annual Payment: Tuition due on July 1. If paid by July 1, a 2% discount will be applied.
- Semi-annual Payment: Tuition due on July 1 and January 1.
- Monthly Payments: Tuition due on the 1st of the month beginning July 1 and ending May 1.
- CHOOSE Act Plans: Family meets the income eligibility limits to qualify for the CHOOSE Act and agrees to timely apply and submit all required documentation for the award. If awarded, invoice for initial $7,000 payment is to be submitted to ClassWallet on July 1. Family may choose to pay tuition balance on August 1 or monthly August 1 – May 1. If not awarded, the monthly payment plan will be assigned.
- Prepaid Tuition is non-refundable unless approved by administration due to extenuating circumstances.
- A $50.00 late fee is charged if tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month.
