Extended Care

Thank you for choosing the Cottage Hill Christian Academy K2-8th Grade Extended Care program. Note that all extended care spots are subject to availability.
Extended Care services* are available from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. outside regular school hours. All students arriving on campus before 7:15 or remaining on campus after dismissal and not participating in a school-sponsored activity at 2:45 (Preschool) or 3:00 (Elementary/Middle) must be registered and attend the K2-8th Grade Extended Care program.
Please note, that extended care services will begin on Friday, August 9. To train our staff and provide the best care possible, there will be no extended care on the first day of school. We apologize for the inconvenience.
All students attending Extended Care must have a current Extended Care Enrollment form and Medical Release form completed before attending Extended Care.
Full-Time Extended Care is available for a monthly fee of $200. Full-time enrollment includes unlimited access to morning and afternoon care on regularly scheduled school days.
Part Time Extended Care is available on an as-needed basis. Part-Time morning Extended Care is $6 per use and part-time afternoon Extended Care is $12 for each day attended. Afternoon care charges will begin at 2:45 p.m., or when the preschool pick-up time ends.
It is important that you be on time to pick your child up from Extended Care. The LATE FEE for students being picked up after 6:00 is $10 from 6:01-6:10 p.m. and $1 per minute after the initial $10 LATE FEE. The LATE FEE will be added to your bill.
Extended Care dismissal will take place at the EEC desk. Parents should be "buzzed in" at the glass double doors and wait at the front desk for their students.
The goal of CHCA is to provide a safe and happy environment for each child that will stimulate their
physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth. All student handbook policies will apply to the Extended Care program.
