Extended Care
Register for 2023-2024 Extended Care HERE.
Extended Care services are available from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. outside regular school hours. All students arriving on campus before 7:15 a.m. or remaining on campus after dismissal and not participating in a school-sponsored activity at 3:00 p.m. must be registered in and attend the K2 - 8th Grade Extended Care program.
All students attending Extended Care must have a current Extended Care Enrollment form and Medical Release form completed before attending Extended Care.
Students arriving at or after 7:15 a.m. will go to the courtesy holding areas. K2 will go to the K2 classrooms in the EEC area by the small indoor playground and K3 - 8th-grade students will go to their designated courtesy holding areas.
Full-Time Extended Care is available for a monthly fee of $200. Full-Time enrollment includes unlimited access to morning and afternoon care on regularly scheduled school days.
Part-Time Extended Care is available on an as-needed basis. Part-time morning extended care is $6 and part-time afternoon extended care is $12 for each day attended. Remember to write your STUDENT’S FIRST AND LAST NAME and EXTENDED CARE on the memo portion of your check or on the outside of your payment envelope. All payments are due on the 15th of each month.
It is important that you be on time in picking your child up from Extended Care. The LATE FEE for students being picked up after 6:00 p.m. is $10 from 6:01-6:10 p.m. and $1 per minute after the initial $10 LATE FEE. The LATE FEE will be added to your bill.
