The Before & After School Care Program will be available from 6:00a.m. until 7:30a.m. and from dismissal until 6:00p.m. every full school day for Cottage Hill Christian Academy students. On early dismissal days, the Before & After School Care Program will not be available. All students arriving on campus before 7:30 or remaining on campus after dismissal and not participating in a school sponsored activity must be registered in and attend the Before & After School Care Program.

The fee for the program is $75.00 for 15 hours. Parents are charged for each quarter hour their student is in Before or After School Care. Fifteen-hour cards are kept on file with the Before & After School Care Workers. CHCA Before & After School Care cards may be purchased in the school office. Checks should be made out to Cottage Hill Christian Academy.

For those who find themselves in need of extended service unexpectedly, same-day Before & After School Care is available. Same-day cards are available for $20. Cards may be reserved by calling the school office prior to service being rendered that day, and then purchased from the Before & After School Care staff at the end of the day that service is rendered.

Should an emergency occur, parents arriving late to carpool may pick up their student in After School Care and pay the same-day card rate.
